• Browser language, timezone, screen and viewport size
• The page you submitted the form from

Marketing attribution

If you arrive via a link that carries campaign tags (such as UTM parameters or an advertising click ID), we record those tags, the page you landed on, the site that referred you and the time you arrived, so we know which marketing brought you here.

3. How we use your information

• Pass your enquiry to our partner brokers so they can contact you with quotes

When you submit the enquiry form, we pass your answers to our partner brokers. They become a separate data controller and will contact you about income protection quotes. Their own privacy notice governs how they handle your details from that point.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS
• Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to people who need it to handle your request
• The form is protected against automated submissions
• Consent records are stored with the IP address and browser details of the submission so they can be verified

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive via a link carrying campaign tags, we store those tags and your landing details in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days so they can be attached to an enquiry you make later. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK by the providers that host this website and store enquiries. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
